This policy explains how Wraithlight Digital LLC ("Wraithlight Digital," "we," "us") handles information when you visit wraithlightdigital.com or contact us. Wraithlight Digital LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This policy also covers our brand WWII Dispatches.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, forms, or advertising trackers. We collect only:

• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site. We may view aggregate, privacy focused traffic statistics that do not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use your messages to reply to you and to provide any services you ask for. We use technical data to keep the site running, secure, and fast.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not use your information for third party advertising.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Social media

We operate accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X for Wraithlight Digital and WWII Dispatches. When you interact with us there, the platform's own privacy policy applies to the data it collects. We see only what those platforms make visible to account owners, such as public comments, messages you send us, and aggregate statistics.

Client work

If you hire us, any business data you share is used only to deliver the work you requested and is covered by the terms of our agreement with you.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email brian@wraithlightdigital.com.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
